Sarah approached Logo Paul to produce an internal campaign to promote the Results Delivery Office to the core of the business.
After our initial meeting, Logo Paul created a digital brand through to digital content. The RDO is an integral part of the company wide management plan but there was a need to communicate and engage with the workforce. The aim was to communicate what the RDO does within the business and how it can help departments progress by working together to get the results they needed right across the business.
Keeping the British Sugar values at the centre of everything the RDO does was instrumental in working together with the business to deliver its five Must Win Battles and in turn make British Sugar fit for the future. People are at the centre of this brand and the key to achieving the future success.
