Project aims

To create a new deli food offering over at Jaguar Landrover.

 

After a huge amount of brainstorming and liaising with the client, I branded the offering up as Twenty08. The year 2008 having huge significance and meaning, the year Jaguar and Landrover merged together. The Deli bar and Restaurant, I felt needed a strong logo design and branding that works across many formats. The logo design needed to have a clear message and help position the deli bar as a new, healthy offering to Jaguar Landrover’s employees.

 

Brand thinking

I wanted to explore the 08 number forms. The logo design had to be bold and unique. I hand drew the number forms over and over, getting the brand positioning correct. The logo came about from seeing plates being stacked upon each other but also resembled tyres.

This level of thinking within the brand added some strong storytelling to the offering. It created some heritage to the brand for staff and visitors.

Tone of voice

This brand needed a tone of voice that appealed to the people that worked within the company. A strong brand that captured the employee’s imaginations. I wanted to create a vibrant environment for the company staff & visitors to see the heritage of the brand was vital in the success of the project.

RESULTS

This unique logo design and branding helped Jaguar Landrover, bring a new food offering with a classy but healthy heritage look and feel. The branding and identity had a successful rollout across several Jaguar Landrover sites.
